Delta Tau Delta is a values-based organization. Our mission and values are offered to the public as a representation of the core values contained in our Ritual. All Delt men live by a common mission: “Committed to Lives of Excellence.” All programs offered by the Fraternity reflect our values and are designed to help the men of our Fraternity reach the level of excellence for which we all strive.

THE GAMMA RHO CHAPTER
The Gamma Rho Chapter of Delta Tau Delta was founded on the University of Oregon campus in 1913 and has maintained a position of excellence in every area of college life since its inception.
We are, to the core, committed to lives of excellence, and continue to thrive by being committed to our values as Delts well into the 21st century.
We guide men through our programs and our values so that they will have the confidence and tools to serve their fellow man. All members of Delta Tau Delta live by the fundamental principles of Truth, Courage, Faith, and Power.

Members of Gamma Rho are heavily involved in many organizations on and off campus. These connections to dozens of organizations are beneficial for new members and allow for the chapter to increase its presence. We have members of dozens of majors across campus as well, which allows members to feel supported no matter what class they are in.
